Questions, corrections, suggestions, or an idea for a new calculator? Email is the best way to reach us — we read every message and follow up on legitimate corrections quickly.
What we love hearing about
- Mistakes. If a calculator gives a wrong answer or a guide has an error, please tell us. We'll fix it and add a note crediting the report.
- New tool ideas. Calculators we haven't built yet that would have helped you. Concrete use cases are especially useful (“I wanted to figure out X but had to do the math by hand”).
- Guide topics. Questions you Googled and didn't find a clear answer for — that's exactly what our long-form guides are for.
- Updates on industry data. If you spot that we have stale tax credit rules, outdated EV specs, or wrong charging network info, please correct us.
What we can't help with
- Individual financial, tax, or legal advice. Our calculators are for general planning. For specific decisions consult an accountant or a financial advisor.
- Vehicle purchase recommendations. We help you do the math; we don't pick the car for you.
- Charging or electrical work on your specific car or home. Always use a licensed electrician.
- Manufacturer warranty claims. We're independent — not affiliated with any maker. For warranty issues, talk to your dealer or the manufacturer directly.
Response time
Most legitimate messages get a response within 3–5 business days. We can't promise to reply individually to every note, but we do read all of them — especially correction reports.

For press inquiries or partnership discussions, use the same email with “press” or “partnership” in the subject line. We are not currently accepting paid placements or sponsored content — ad revenue is our only monetization.
